Yes this is a love story. It’s the story of how a man loved shortbread. He loved its buttery taste, its creamy texture and how these cookies melt in your mouth. He loved his shortbread in the morning with coffee and he loved it in the evening with milk. His love of shortbread came second only to the love for his wife, Tina. And out of this love, Tina’s Brand of Shortbread was born. Founded in the bustling streets of Toronto, Tina's Shortbread Cookies is a labor of love steeped in tradition and taste. From our modest beginnings 4 years ago in a small pie shop, Tina's Shortbread became a reality. Since then we've upheld the art of handcrafting exquisite shortbread, distinguishing ourselves with buttery richness. Tina spends her days bringing sweet treats to her community. And today as we extend our reach to busnesses and stores nationwide, our mission remains resolute: to share the simple joy of a perfect shortbread cookie, crafted with care and cherished by all who taste it.
